Today at the airport, we came to Four for Four for a meal. Unfortunately, some tea was accidentally spilled. Despite this, the waiter in charge simply looked at me and did not bring any napkins or offer help. While cleaning the floor, he was quite careless and made me feel uncomfortable. I am not happy with the service at all. The dessert was nice and tasty, but the service quality was very poor.waitress name reshma she is angry me … The waiter later came to our table and questioned us about the situation. There are also videos recorded at the table. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service. The dessert was nice, but the way the situation was handled was unprofessional. He later approached our table and said he was the manager. He asked us to leave the table in front of other customers, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Although the dessert was good, the service was extremely disappointing. I am extremely disturbed by what I experienced today and feel obliged to share this publicly. I have been coming to this place for many years, and this is the first time I have ever been treated in such a disrespectful and offensive manner. A person who introduced herself as the manager of the venue spoke to me in an extremely rude and insulting way, making inappropriate comments about my mouth, jaw, and head. Her language and attitude were unacceptable. She told me to “shut up” and said “if you don’t like it, then leave,” speaking with complete confidence and no sense of professionalism. I simply asked for help, and after that she came to my table and spoke to me in this humiliating manner. This kind of behaviour towards a customer is completely unacceptable. I am very upset by this incident and I am formally making a complaint. I will report this matter everywhere and make it known publicly, as no one should ever be treated this way.
People say, that was nice, the drink was etc… lets just talk about the lovely service that both Niyaz and Rowena offered from the first step inside till the last step, Superb! Now I can mention the Saffron latte!! Was very warming and soothing (I have a sore throat). Overall wonderful experience and looking forward for the next visit :)))
Rowena and Fatima are fab team members at Heavenly Desserts Liverpool! They made our visit thoroughly enjoyable with their amazing service and hospitality. Would love to return solely for the service (and obviously the yummm desserts!) Great job guys x
The atmosphere was lovely, and the desserts were delicious, but the highlight was the excellent customer service from Niyaz. He was friendly, professional, and very patient while we made our choices. Great staff like him make a big difference!
We’ve visited Heavenly Desserts in Liverpool City Centre a few times now, and every visit has been a treat! Each time, we try something new, and the menu has so many tempting options that we’d love to work our way through it all one day. The staff are always so lovely – welcoming, friendly, and attentive - making sure we’re comfortable and happy throughout our visit. The desserts are absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The milkshakes are rich, smooth, and full of flavour. Portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable too. A perfect spot for anyone with a sweet tooth – highly recommended!!
