i frequently get a response because of my last name, i get it. its of french canadian origin. my response is real. the management here sucks. check in was way too dificult and you cant tell the oqener the staff made a mistake

The kennel techs treat every dog as if they are their own and shower the dogs and cats with love for their whole stay.

Every time I bring my girl to board, they address her by name and make her feel like a princess! Meadow loves spending time with all her friends at Hefner Road, and I can leave her knowing she will be pampered and taken care of.
