I had never had an eye exam before, so I was unsure of what to expect, but I was blown away at how pleasant the entire experience was. Everyone at Heights Eye Studio is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Vuong was very warm and listened thoroughly to my questions about the process and any concerns I had.
I’ve been going to Heights Eye Studio since 2023 for my routine exams, glasses prescriptions, contacts, and an ocular migraine, and Dr. Nguyen is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Let's just start off with how easy it was to book an appointment. You book online with so many available times that works with my crazy schedule. They send you reminder texts in case you forget. Parking is a breeze, it's located in a shopping center located in the heart of the Heights. The check-in process was quick and seamless. They also have refreshments in the front, which adds a relaxing touch. I had an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Vuong. She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. I learned so much about my eyes during my exam. I opted to get glasses during the visit and they have so many options! It was hard to narrow down my selection to THREE frames. Ultimately, I chose the Ray-Ban frames and they look absolutely gorgeous on my face. I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. I am highly satisfied with my entire experience here. Don't wait to give them a try, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
