Linda was so sweet. Found this flower shop on google and we were able to order a beautiful bouquet for our graduate. The shop is inside a building and had to ask the front desk for access. Would recommend to all friends and family!
Since my first time at Helen’s, Mike and Linda have consistently helped me wow and impress. Not only are they some of the kindest people I’ve met; they’re attentive and their flowers are always fresh. You’ll definitely want to give them a call for your next special occasion or if you’re like me, a weekly gift to someone special.
I needed a last minute flower crown. I called a few places in the Oakland/San Francisco area. Helen's Flower Shop was so friendly and accommodating from the first phone call. I only gave a vision of what I wanted. When the finished product was picked up, it was perfect for my Goddaughter's 1st Communion. She loved her fresh crown as did I. Above satisfied with the work and customer service I received. They went above and beyond!
I called Helen's Flower Shop on the morning of my loved one's birthday, knowing it was super last minute and hoping I'd be able to get an arrangement by the time of the party a few days later. Mike was INCREDIBLE! He asked what bouquets I liked best, and 30 minutes (yes, 30 minutes!) later had made a GORGEOUS custom arrangement! My family member LOVED the flowers, which I was able to give him later that day, on his actual bday. Thank you so much, Mike, for being so accommodating and for your beautiful work! Edit: The price for a custom bouquet was very reasonable, especially considering it was last minute!
Mike over at Helen’s was so helpful. He communicated clearly and quickly, explained all of the options in detail to me, and went above and beyond in service by printing out a long letter that I wanted attached to my delivery. He did it all within two hours of my call, I was really impressed and so were the recipients of my gift. Highly recommended.
