Love this place!! I popped into the warehouse this morning to grab some flowers as I didn’t have time to order online, and Shannon was so lovely. She put together two bouquets exactly how I pictured. Thank you so much to the girls for doing such a beautiful job. Would 100% recommend.
Disappointing. Expected vs actual bouquet was different (see photos). A lot less colour/blooms...filled with cheaper greenery instead. The bouquet was still lovely, but not what I paid for. Maybe the photo on the site should be updated to reflect actual bouquets delivered instead of having a disclaimer describing that bouquets could be different depending on season, etc.
The little cutie bunch of flowers were beautiful presented in a white vase, with the golden heart shaped balloons as I requested, the BIG strawberry doughnut was perfectly packaged and the presentation was exactly how it was advertised. The delivery was perfect, the courier called me on arrival as I requested, this was the perfect birthday gift. Thank you guys so much! I’m so happy with the products and your services, definitely will use Hello Blooms again in the future.
Beautiful flowers and beautiful service! I have been ordering a weekly subscription for the last 4 months now and I am extremely happy with both the floral arrangements and the customer service. Even the smallest bunches are always beautiful and they always last 1-2 weeks minimum. All the arrangements are very good value and i am also in a free delivery zone - bonus! I have also ordered some of the bigger bunches as gifts, and of course they have all been so beautifully arranged, and the team were able to help with vases when required also. I've just upgraded to two bunches a week for my weekly subscription so i have one for the office as well. There was a slight issue in that the second bunch did not arrive today ( i think i updated the subscription a bit late!), but the team sent the second bunch out the same afternoon, even though i would have been fine to wait till next week. The online chat makes it easy to communicate and hello blooms are so responsive and considerate. Highly recommend!
