Come for me second treat for pigmentation, the clinic is lovely and clean and has a relaxing aura. I've been having my treatments with maaria she's been really warm and welcoming and informative throughout the treatment and procsess. Can't wait to come back for my 3rd appointment 🤗
Excellent service from start to finish! We booked a spa package for 2 very last minute and the clinic could not have been more accomodating at such short notice, from going above and beyond to get us booked into a fully booked clinic we were then given ample time to use all the services even though we were booked close to closing time. We were not rushed once to leave instead given extra time to enjoy the salt room and spa before our japanese head spa. We left the clinic fully refreshed and pampered way beyond closing time! The staff were faultless so caring and kind and super accomodating. I couldnt give more praise and highly recommend!

I had been considering getting my hair done for a while, but Cheys truly exceeded all expectations with the amazing results from just three sessions. His attention to detail and expertise made a world of difference, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Thanks to his work, I’ve regained my confidence and feel like a new person! Even though I traveled all the way from London to Birmingham, it was 100% worth it. The clinic’s location is perfect, with plenty of hotels nearby, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The clinic itself is a standout—spotlessly clean, spacious, and stylish, with a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the high standards they uphold. If you’re looking for top-notch SMP treatment, I can’t recommend Hello Skin Clinic and Cheys enough. Victoria was absolutely amazing very professional and incredibly gentle with my 4C hair. She really listened to my needs. The Japanese hair spa treatment was fantastic definitely a 10/10. I also loved the red light sauna; it was a great addition to the experience. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!
Went for a birthday gift and had a lovely time! The sauna and salt room, with the Japanese head massage with facial. It was so nice to have your own private area to enjoy your time there and the Japanese head and facial was so relaxing. The place has been done beautiful with so much to offer and all the staff was so nice and welcoming, Will defiantly be booking again!
