2 stars bc office was nice while we were there, had 3 emergency reschedules in the first year post partum & the office dropped us before my daughter could get her next round of vaccines. Said they’d check back & never did, reminded me offices don’t really care about anything but money :)
Dr Ellicott and her team are just wonderful. They walk into the room with care and concern. They listen. Great to be seen by an office that truly wants the best for your family’s health! Dr Ellicott has been our family’s pediatrician for over 13 years. She is a hard act to follow as my youngest transitions out of her practice later this year. Thank you for being an innovative and supportive practice!
Henrietta Pediatrics is the BEST. Dr. Ellicott is amazing with kids and parents alike. My kiddos adore each of the nurses and other staff members. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician's office for my children. I feel safe, heard, and that they go out of their way to make sure my kids are healthy.
I couldn't have picked a better pediatrician. From the day I first went prenatal, I felt so welcomed and not just a number. I fell in love with the care of a small practice and the care and concern they have the capacity to give each patient. EVERYONE in this office is extremely patient, caring and accommodating. Dr. Ellicot and her staff are truly amazing and I hope we're able to stay with her until he ages out of pediatrics.
We love Dr Ellicott!!! Both of my girls see her and she’s fantastic, so is all of the staff , especially Meagan and nurse Laura ! They are always accommodating , never an issue with scheduling, never waiting in the waiting room for long, they always come right into the exam room. extremely kind and understanding. Not judgmental ! They always respond super fast with messages through the portal . We moved farther away but I’d never consider changing pediatricians, worth the drive. Highly recommend ! Thank you for taking such good care of my baby girls .
