Harmony is a ROCK STAR !!!!! I was waiting for specific plants to come in and she got them for me and set them aside for me I came to get them and she helped me with more plants and also helped me load up my car I LOVE Heritage Nursery We have purchased almost all of our plants for our house here Highly recommend them !!!
Purchased a $375.00 green mountain sugar pine June 7, 2023 from Jeff and their landscaping contractor planted it. Within 2 weeks ithe leafs started turning yellow. Jeff said he would come by and see what he felt was wrong with it. Nope, never did and after leaving so many calls. With no return, he has ghosted us, and now I have a $553.88 dead tree. Planting was 150.00 all with tax added. It does state on the invoice there is no warranty, but I feel he could have at least let us know what the problem was in his opinion. I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying from him, I probably would not have gone there. Especially if I had known previously there was no warranty, and no customer service! Bad business practice! We are retired and can’t afford useless spending and this certainly was. Please beware of this as once you have their tree, they ignore you! I am so heart broken because this was a memorial tree. UPDATE: Jeff stopped by and did plant us a new tree. So far it is thriving. We will be going back for two more trees and more! Thank you Heritage!
We purchased 20+ trees from Heritage Nursery. When we bought our trees we were told that there was no warranty, but that he was a man of his word and that if anything happened he would take care of us. So, when I called Jeff, and told him that we had 6 trees that were not blooming; Jeff told me to give it some time for it to warm up more; and that if they did not bloom, he would take care of us. Well, that check is in the mail. So, we decided to go out there, because surely the man that was so kind to us when we were buying his trees, would remember us, and would honor his word to us. A year later, I have 6 sticks in the ground. To replace them, I will go somewhere with a guarantee.
