So Brooke did my facial today and loved how she explained everything before doing it and went through the entire at home regimen I need to follow. The experience was excellent and the check out girl Aurora was very informative about everything loved how she arranged for both me and my husband to come in at the same time so there was no waiting for us. I will definitely will be back in 4 weeks!!!
First off hands down to Christina she was my esthetician today . Christina was very welcoming and created a safe space for me to trust her and guess what she was AWESOME! Christina was very knowledgeable and opened my eyes to a whole new world to what hyperpigmentation was.I'm 53 years young and wasn't quite sure what to expect and what was needed .Thank you ! My skin felt clean,and had a beautiful glow at the end of the session.I did purchase a couple of the suggested products as well .But my overall experience was the best .The ambience of the environment plus a great esthetician is the perfect recipe for excellence.Thank you Hi Skin and Thank you Christina for making my day .I'll be scheduling my microneedling session next mth for my follow up.Trust me go to Christina you will be amazed!
I went to hi skin for the first time today and I got the normal facial which was being promoted for $100. My esthetician was Hannah. She was wonderful and knowledgeable but I do feel $100 is a bit of a reach for what you’re getting. Additionally, they do try to upsell you after your consultation and then they recommend products that they put in a bag and leave for you at the front which of course are optional. I ended up purchasing both of the products I was recommended but one of them is supposed to have an air pump and it came without one which is disappointing. I didn’t realize it til I got home and it’s too far of a drive for me to go back. Other than that, it was a positive experience.
I had a wonderful experience at Hi, skin. My esthetician, Megan, was kind and helpful when explaining everything she did and the products she was using. I got The Really Good Facial on promo for $59 as a first time guest and was very impressed with the quality of service and products used. I really appreciated how I did not feel pressured to purchase additional add ons or products after they explained what they recommended for my skin. The atmosphere was welcoming and calming. The music was at a nice level and although this is a very different ambiance from a spa where I would typically get a facial, it was a very pleasant experience.
I finally got a chance to check out this new location in the Houston heights, and I was honestly impressed. This place is so lavish. I absolutely loved my facial with Briana from start to finish. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions I had in regards to my skin concerns. I also loved how she made me feel so relaxed since this was my first time getting a facial at hi skin. The 60 minute better skin facial was worth every minute. I came out feeling so rejuvenated.
