Absolutely horrible experience. The hostess was an absolute nightmare. She was rude from the beginning and had a horrible attitude. We had a reservation for 17 people and they already had two grills reserved for our party. It was supposed to be my birthday celebration and they completely ruined it. We got there and we cut down the reservation to 15 people. That was already 2 less people than they had prepared for. They refused to sit us until every last person was at the restaurant. 13 of us were already there and we were only missing 2 people. They could’ve easily sat us and we would’ve waited for the other two people at the table but the hostess refused. Spouting some bullshit about how the chef doesn’t like to be interrupted once he’s started. We repeatedly assured her that we would older for the two missing people so they wouldn’t interrupt the chef to order extra food it was a child and another adult and we already had their very simple orders down. They finally sat us at only one grill and missing the seats of the 2 missing people. They said that they had already reserved the other side of the table for another party. Keep in mind they had already told us they had reserved the entire table for us with the two grills. In the span of 10 minutes they booked another reservation? We got up and left. We were very disappointed with our experience tonight. We’ve come to this restaurant many times with up to 20 people and never had this problem before. This was on Friday, January 9th at 6:00 pm.

We reserved our seats early and got in as soon as the rest of our party arrived. Unfortunately there was a delay due to our seats flat top not being hot enough (or off?) and all the chefs were busy for about 20 minutes after we sat down. However our server was attentive and our chef was awesome! The food and drinks were very good. We all left full and in good spirits.

Great food, great Hibachi chef interactions. A fun place for the whole family. If you choose to eat at the Hibachi grill you will have a lengthy dining experience. They like to wait for guests to adequately fill the seats before cooking, however, we always meet great new people. Good conversation to pass the wait. It isn't horrible, but expect to be here for minimum of an hour. Clean. Great ambiance. Friendly staff. Excellent value for the buck!! We seem to always take home leftovers. I love the salad, the ginger dressing... YUM

It was my first time going there. My daughter wanted to go there to eat for her birthday. There was 6 of us. Enjoyed the chefs show. How they cook your food right in front of you. The food was delicious 😋. Our waitress took pictures of the evening for us. Good service. Loved what the waitress did for my daughter's birthday at the end of our meal. Two of us split the bill. Got home only to find out I had been over charged by $40 for who knows what? After a few calls, it was fixed. Not sure if I'll go back there or not? 😞 But my kids really enjoyed their evening & that's all that matters.
