I took my 2015 Toyota Highlander to High Octane bases on the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. Garrett and his team treated me like family - the kind you like and respect! This was an auto body damage claim from a minor collision I'd had the same day and I used their office to contact my insurance. When I say they went above and beyond - my 10 year old vehicle looked almost new when I came back to get it! They did so much extra and paid so much attention to detail. Never in my life have I hugged my auto workers, but there's a first time for everything I suppose. I suppose I'm gushing but that's how I feel and I don't normally write reviews, but when you see good work, I think it's worth writing about. I'll be recommending this business to anyone who needs body work on their vehicle.
I parked my Tesla under a tree and a ton of sap fell on it and ate clear through the paint in many places on the car. High Octane repainted basically half the panels on the car, and even though they had a ton of other cars to work on, it took about half the time they said it would. Everyone was great to work with, very responsive and professional, and they coordinated with my insurance to make it easy on me. Highly recommended!
I had a fantastic experience with High Octane Auto Body. They really took great care of my car and made the whole process super easy. Not only did they give me a reasonable quote, but the service was top-notch. My car came back looking shiny and good as new. Plus, they even offered to pick me up from home, which was a really nice touch. Overall, I’m really happy with their service and definitely recommend them!
