Need Way More Auto-Belay Courses. Great concept, very clean and organized. Kids room was awesome, bouldering courses were excellent. Even had a well-equipped weight room. High-climb room was expansive with lots of courses for free line and partner-belaying. Only 3 auto-belay courses in the giant room, with long lines waiting for them. Only 2 were doable by regular joes. They need to make that entire east wall (or mix them around) auto-belay courses with difficulties going from easy to medium to difficult (could even have a couple courses on each belay), and go higher (had to stop 2/3 of the way up) I was thinking of doing a membership until I saw the lack of auto-belay courses.

we hosted my daughter's b-day party there, the staff was super helpful and open to helping us get exactly what we wanted. The room, the staff, the climbing was perfect. They worked with us all the way through the process. While half of our group was experienced climbers, the other half was not, so they offered a person to belay our group which made things even better. Several of us went upstairs to decorate the party room and it was perfect - they had an ice machine, a full-sized fridge, sink, 4 tables, 30 chairs, even a TV on the wall for us to display a party game from our computer. This was the perfect place to host a party, rates were reasonable and people got a 50% off return coupon at the end. We love climbing and the group of people at or party averaged 20 years old, everyone had a great time. This isn't just for hosting a kids party. We are now thinking about doing this for our team at work. Highly recommend. Emery was great helping coordinate everything - I suggest giving her a call if you are planning a fun event for friends and family. At the end, several of our friends said they had such a good time and let us know that they wanted to return and possibly join the gym.

My husband, two daughters and I had an incredible time at this state of the art climbing gym! The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and the routes are well thought out. The kids area has a wide variety of fun auto belay walls (we loved the racing and interactive walls) and obstacles that are fun for both kids and adults. There’s even a pirate ship with slides for little ones. The climbing walls in the main area are the tallest we’ve ever seen with a variety of route options, and the bouldering section is robust. The gym is clean, spacious, and well designed… we will definitely be back! Highly recommend High Point!!!

I absolutely love climbing here. The staff is friendly, informative, and welcoming. The setters make a real effort to create new routes on a constant schedule - making it feel like a new gym every couple weeks. Fellow climbers are very courteous, the whole place has a great vibe. I like how High Point implemented a wrist band system to help break the ice if you're solo and need a belay. Helps make friends. Lastly! The place is clean and well maintained. Can't stress how much enjoyable the overall experience is.

Staff was awesome, routes also awesome! Top rope height reaches 52 feet! First time here so the whole process to sign a waiver, get a quick tour, auto belay test and top rope test took about 30 mins total which I think is a very standard amount of time. I read some reviews saying the gym has an expensive daily pass, I disagree. The gym’s price is on point with other gyms I’ve been to. The free weight section is actually well equipped and really nice if you also want to get a quick work out in. My only regret is that I could not try out their beautiful lead wall! Unfortunately my climbing partner doesn’t lead yet. So glad this place finally opened! Orlando has been needing this!
