Sunday night went on the website and posted a service request. Received a call a 6:45am. By 7:30am Tech was in my basement and diagnosed the problem and made some adjustments and also checked for other issues. He was very through and I felt comfortable having him in our home and servicing our furnace. Tech also suggested their protection program which was a no brainer for future service calls as well as checkups. Very happy my neighbor suggested Hightech.
Top notch service, courtesy. Furnace went out coldest weekend, other providers could not get anyone out same day. Paul came out and while the end was needing a new furnace, he quickly got the furnace going, showed me what to do in case it went out. Did not get a huge bill, 2 days later, promptly at 8 am, a new furnace was delivered, installed. The 2 young men were very courteous, conscious of keeping the living area clean, laid a cloth down to protect flooring, kept me up to date on what was happening, explained the equipment. Price was very fair, got some good inclusions with the Lennox furnace, good explanations of different types and prices of furnaces. I feel really good about this company and would highly recommend. Great communication all around and I LOVE when people say they will be there at a certain time and they actually are even a few minutes early!!!
Our heat went out during the 40 below weather today. I called HIgh Tech at 6 am they were here and had my heat back on by 730. Although they cost a bit more I like to think "you get what you pay for." $290.75 for a wire nut... but I couldn't fix it myself so...
Poor customer service. At initial visit stated the Lennox furnace purchase would give him a $600 tax credit. Now they tell us “up to a $600 credit. So it could be a dollar. They also would not provide the paperwork for the credit to give to the tax preparer. When installed my father wanted anything on paper to say he paid in full. They said they only email or mail. My father doesn’t have email. My dad was willing to give them a price of paper of his own to just write a simple receipt but they wouldn’t do it
Chose them bc price is more competitive and know the owners. Easy to work with on replacement of furnace & AC system and fast turnaround time. They did my uncle’s house recently too and he had a great experience too. Thank you!
