I’ve ordered flowers delivered to my relatives in Boise many times. The people at Hillcrest are very friendly and helpful. The arrangements are always beautiful and well received.
Great experience. Don't expect to be blown away as you walk in (i.e. flower shop in movies), but be ready to be extremely happy with the bouquet you will get for a fair market price. Loved what Hillcrest Floral did as a last minute request, stopped by at 9am, ordered this bouquet for 12pm delivery. Thank you! We will definitely be back.
Being out of state, it was so easy to call and tell them the Get Well flowers for my mother-in-law in Rehad. She was so pleased and happy. When she sent me a picture, it was exactly like I saw on the internet. Thank you so much. Patti was thrilled and I would recommend your services to out-of-state for their loved ones in ID.
The flowers were ordered online for my daughter’s birthday. They were beautiful, fresh and delivered early in the day so she could enjoy them at her office. I will definitely use Hillcrest Florist the next time I need a floral arrangement. Almost a year later, the last two photos are the most beautiful flowers delivered from Hillcrest Florist for my daughter’s new dental office on Aug 25, 2025. Thank you again!!!!
Ordered a Deluxe bouquet for my wife for our anniversary. What they delivered didn’t match the description or dimensions of the bouquet on their website (literally half the size and amount of flowers it was supposed to have, some of the flowers even missing). I call and let them know I’m not happy. They offer to provide a new bouquet, but only if the one they already delivered is returned to them. Little ridiculous since they tried to pass it off for $107 bouquet, but fine. They deliver the new bouquet. The only changes made are that they add three sprigs of mini roses, and a bunch more leaves and other greenery (a good deal of which was actually dead and brown), and just cut the stems to the roses a little longer so they stand up more. I call again to tell them this isn’t right. Their response “well it’s worth that because of the roses in it and she should just take it home and the lily’s will open up and it will look more full then.” Yeah I get that, but what about the dead greenery? What about the fact that what I got doesn’t in any way match the picture or description of the bouquet on their website? I could literally buy something bigger and for less money at Albertsons. Don’t waste your money at this place!
