Such a wonderful experience ordering flowers from here! The website was easy to navigate with beautiful arrangements at very reasonable prices. The delivery updates were amazing - I knew where the flowers were every step of the way. The recipient loved them, and I loved that the note was even handwritten! Hills Florist were the MVP in making sure my son had a beautiful corsage for his prom date. They stayed in contact through the process and even advised changes when they felt their flowers weren't up to standard for their shop, so that the corsage and boutonniere only had the prettiest of roses. Would definitely recommend and purchase from them again.
Let me tell you about the exceptional service I received today. I had a last minute request for a prom corsage and they were able to fit me in and match the colors to perfection. Excellent customer service and friendly and not to mention beautiful floral arrangements. Keep them in mind for all your floral needs and wants.
This was my first experience ordering from this florist and I will only ever go here from now on! The website was super easy to navigate and then the day before pickup, I received a text with different shades of ribbon for me to choose from and I really appreciated that! Then, on day of pickup, I arrived late but they were still so nice and the corsage was PERFECT! I had gotten word on the way to pick up the corsage that my son was not going to have a boutonnière, so I asked if she would at all have the time to make him a matching one. She was so understanding and sweet and, even after I arrived late and they were less than an hour from closing, she created a perfect boutonnière for my son. I highly recommend them and am so glad that I found them.
I ordered a simple white corsage and boutonniere set. Veonca messaged me saying the white roses were browning and offered a substitution. I told her the colors of the dress and tux and she what she came up with was perfect. Outstanding customer service. I will be back!
