I normally never leave reviews, but I had to go out of my way for this one. From the moment I arrived, the experience was unreal. I dropped my keys off at the desk, and right away I was given a clear estimate on how long the job would take. I told them I didn’t mind waiting, and they even offered to drop me back home but since I came all the way from Cambridge, that wouldn’t have made sense. That’s when Steve, the owner, told his brother to take me to their “Mancave” and wow. It’s an absolutely incredible garage space they’ve turned into a mancave, filled with awesome stuff. I was honestly speechless. A real car guy’s dream. They went completely out of their way just to make sure I was comfortable while waiting. The work itself was done professionally and efficiently. They kept me updated, let me know when everything was ready, and explained things honestly without trying to upsell or rush me. Super helpful, genuine, and trustworthy people. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this welcoming, honest, and passionate about what they do. Huge thanks to Steve and the whole team I’ll definitely be back and recommending them to everyone I know.
Excellent experience.. Been there the 1st time to do my pre-owned vehicle inspection and they were very thorough as well as accommodating. All of their clients that I saw that day were long term clients and they addressed each other by their 1st names. Loved the environment... Definitely going back!
I think Hilts auto repair is the best mechanic shop in town. They are great at customer service as well as quality of work. They are honest people and I think that is something which we all expect from our mechanics. Highly recommend this business.
As a female, it's so difficult to walk into a shop that doesn't try to take advantage of you with unnecessary repairs or overcharging. I can't speak highly enough about the guys at Hilts. They are always transparent and completely honest, even if it's clear I have no idea what they are talking about. They've always made a point to fit me in if urgent issues come up with my vehicle and go the extra mile. I have gone here for years and highly recommend them to anyone in KW, especially if you've had bad experiences in the past. It's nice to have a trustworthy place to go.
Above and beyond is an understatement, the boys always make the magic happen. I highly recommend to anyone!!! The boys did a wheel bearing, commercial safety, a pressure sensor and fender flares in few hours time and did an amazing job!! 5 stars
