We sold our house through Sandra after 42 years of occupancy. Obviously we were a bit rusty on the process, She exceeded our expectations. We changed a simple sell strategy for a certain date to a hurry and rush with a bridge loan to meet new requirements. She adapted and we still met or exceeded our original expectations. She was worth every dollar! Most important of all is that Sandra brings an extrordinary team with her that aids you with many different expertises for problem solving and assistance in areas that most of us would or do not anticipate.....invaluable. It was a big decision for us to sell our West Seattle home, so the real estate professional we chose to represent us was something we took very seriously. There are a host of good things to say about Sandra Hines and her Real Estate Team. Personable, cheerful, helpful, available, enthusiastic, prepared, professional, informed, and all around excellent service. Plus, she knows the real estate market cold. I was a little leery about listing my house for as much as she recommended, but I believe in listening to people who know what they're doing. So, we did. And within 4 days (4 days!!) I had 5 offers - all over asking price! Sandra's team took care of everything: painting inside, tidying up the yard - and staging! OMG! I had no idea my house was that big and bright inside. If you want to sell your property, I would enthusiastically recommend you hire Sandra. She's awesome!
Sandra Hines and her team recently represented me and my sister in the sale of our beloved home in West Seattle. Her whole team is awesome.
