Ken from HKC Roofing came and inspected our roof today and made the necessary repairs. Ken was very thorough, professional and like other HKC staff, friendly and knowledgeable. He is an asset to the HKC team for sure! There was no cost for today's service as the roof is still under warranty.
Henry and his crew came to replace a gutter that had fallen on our property but with an unexpected hiccup; the contractor they used drove over our grass during the process. Within a day, Henry contacted said contractor, and they came the next day to patch up the grass! I am thoroughly impressed with their attentiveness and responsiveness!
I was so impressed with my experience with HKC Roofing. I am purchasing a home with a slate roof and box gutters. Ed at HKC reviewed my inspection report, provided consultation over the phone, and then came out in person to review the roof and gutters. He was professional, explained technical concepts clearly, and went the extra mile to make sure I knew what services I would be purchasing. HKC exceeded all expectations in value, quality, communication, problem-solving, craftsmanship, and just all around pleasantness. My business partner and worked with Ed Stinson. I believe HKC works on larger projects but they were still able to help us with a smaller repair on our slate roof and gutter patch. Ed was always responsive, communicated well, and constantly updating us along the process. Cannot say enough good things about their customer service which is hard to find nowadays. We will definitely be using HKC in the future and passing the word on to others as well.
