Lovely little place to sit and chat. I've only sat in the nook every time I've came, and it could use a couple pillows for back support, but other than that very tiny piece of feedback, this place is an utter delight. They feature some local brews on tap, have delicious desserts, and the last time I was there I tried the chicken wings with ranch and they were super delicious and filling. Highly recommend grabbing a book from the library, then mosying over to Hollie's to snack and read.

What a GEM 💎 This place is small, cozy, very trendy and extremely tasty. We came in as a party of 6 and found a seat, but at times as we waited for food it could become very busy and hard to find seating. We found a place off to the left of the kitchen, in the small nook and it was perfect for our party and one other. I have never raved about a drip coffee before, but this drip coffee was exceptional. Fantastic. Smooth. Not overly bitter, and as an espresso roast i would have to say one of the best cups I've ever had from a coffee shop. When we got there it was quarter to 11, which is their transition from breakfast menu to Lunch. We had 2 people get a breakfast sandwich and a mushroom quiche which they said were far better than they expected. The other party members got the Italian Breakfast sandwich (Absolutely HUGE), and then a Turkey and Brie Croissandwich. WOW. I am truly amazed at how good, large and filling these sandwiches are. With the world getting more expensive, I think for the price they were a good value. Everybody was happy with their order and drinks were great. My Fiancé ordered an Iced Matcha and as a vetted Macha girlie, she said the Macha quality was superb. She couldn't stop talking about how the quality was nearly "Ceremonial" grade. This place deserves a chance at your business. I would say it was a 10/10 experience. The staff being great at what they do also make the experience that much better. Thank you Holly's for the unexpected experience. We will be back when we visit again. Thank you from Victoria, BC

This place not only amazing food and drinks but has such an amazing vibe to it as well! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming! I’m never disappointment when I walk in and every experience is so genuine and heartfelt. It is one of my favourite places to go in Kitchener and I recommend it to anyone who is local, visiting or just looking for a great place to eat/drink and socialize!

Have only visited once so far and it was a good experience; looking forward to our next visit! We got coffees to go and some baked treats. The coffee drinks were good but the cookie we got was so so yummy and HUGE. We also tried their homemade donut which was also good. Their pricing was on par with other boutique cafes and I would say it was good value for what we got. The cafe is inside a house on a seemingly residential street. It was difficult to spot as you’re driving down and we parked in a metered spot on Roy - not sure if there’s other parking available that’s free. It’s very aesthetic inside and cozy. The staff were both really welcoming and friendly - I would say above and beyond friendly and very accommodating. The cashier noticed I had my hands full and made a point to tell the barista to make sure my drinks were in a tray. They even offered to help me bring it out to my car. Looking forward to coming here again!
