I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience when trying to book my son’s birthday party. I attempted on multiple occasions to use your callback request service, however this service did not work at all. After several failed attempts, I visited your website and rang the contact number provided, as I had no other option. When I spoke to a member of your staff, I explained the issue with the callback system. I was apologised to and advised that the matter would be investigated. I then went ahead and booked my son’s birthday party over the phone. I have since received my phone bill and discovered that I have been charged over £20 for this call. I find this completely unacceptable. This is a local business, and at no point was I made aware that calling the number provided would incur such a significant charge. Had your callback service worked as advertised, or had it been clearly stated that the phone number would result in high charges, this situation could have been avoided. Customers should not be left out of pocket simply for trying to make a booking, especially when no clear warning is given. I believe this is extremely misleading and unfair, and people need to be clearly informed of the cost before calling the number listed on your website. I would appreciate a response explaining why this occurred and what steps will be taken to address this issue. I would also like to know whether any compensation or reimbursement will be offered for the excessive phone charges incurred.

I visited with family, and a staff member Sophie was absolutely fantastic! Her service, conversation and help she went above and beyond for us!! Well worth a visit and if you see Sophie give her a smile and a nice conversation

Our family of 4 came bowling for New Years Eve. Service was warm and friendly. Before taking us to our lane, the team member went and cleaned it which I thought was great. Lots of storage for bags and coats on each lane, leaving the area clear for drinks and food. Hand sanitiser at the end of each lane. We only ordered drinks, and the service was quick and helpful. The game ran smoothly. A ball got stuck in the lane at one stage, we pressed the assistance button and a team member was there within a minute and went to clear the ball so we could resume our game. Would not fault it, and we will be back on our next visit to NI. Thanks again 😊

I’m so full I can barely type. This “delicious pork hot dog served in a roll with crispy missing onions, invisible mustard and hunger striking ketchup” was incredible. Thankfully the toilets were a mere meter away because my I emptied my bowls right down the lane and hit a lucky strike. First place on my team. The others are still in the bogs - the brown blob on the nachos hasn’t agreed with them apparently.

Had a great time bowling today! Big shoutout to Zak—he was super friendly, approachable, and really looked after us. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s always good when staff go the extra mile to make customers feel welcome.
