At first I was skeptical given there's not a single less than 5 star review on google, yelp, or facebook. Seemed weird. However I quickly learned why that was the case. Bobby gives 5 star service every single time. I went in with an unstable PC crashing every time I tried to do anything on it. We did some 2 and a half hours of troubleshooting one night and decided it was probably the motherboard. The kicker? No charge for diagnostic since it wasn't fixed. I was blown away at that. Next day comes and I decide I want him to do the motherboard swap as he has one on hand and I trust him a lot at this point. The price point he gave was more than reasonable considering what he paid for the board and the labor of completely swapping every component on my PC to a new board. Ended up being the RAM that was the problem in the end. I could've taken that diagnosis and gone free of charge since he doesn't charge unless he fixes the problem. Instead, turns out he had some compatible RAM lying around and sold it to me for a very reasonable price. Now here I am with a completely stable PC, working better than it was before due to the RAM being an upgrade from what I had, all for less than what Best Buy would've charged me to just tell me what was wrong. I can not begin to recommend Bobby enough. I know where I'm running if I ever have PC issues again.

Went to Hollywood PC repair for Data recovery on a external hard drive. He was able to recover 100% of my data. It was ready to the next morning! I'm completely satisfied! Two thumbs up & 5 stars!! Outstanding service!!

The service was great! I called to see if an opening was able and was seen right away. Bobby totally repaired my laptop within a couple hours. Saved me from having to purchase a new one. Best computer repair experience ever. Brought in my grandson's (18y) gaming system he just built that worked for about 12 hours and died. Bobby got it working in less than an hour, all the while explaining what he was doing, then spent another hour showing the proper way to run cables and update bios and drivers. Turned out to be quite a good training session for my grandson. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Life Saver! I had a hard drive crash unexpectedly. No warning, no weird noises, just gone. That drive had nearly 10 years of work, client files, photos, and content backed up. I started researching options and found national companies that wanted me to mail in my drive, charge a fortune, and offered zero real human contact. Then I found Bobby. I sent him a quick text and got a response within 20 minutes. I dropped off my drive the next day, and while I was still there, he began looking into it and discovered he could recover the data. This drive was old, but that didn’t stop Bobby—he got everything back. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about computers and recovery, he’s right here in Colorado Springs. I got to talk to a real person, someone who clearly cares and knows his stuff. Bobby was kind, professional, and made a super stressful situation feel manageable. I hope I never need to recover a drive again—but if I do, Bobby is the only person I’ll call. Thanks to his advice, I now have a much better backup plan, too. Highly, highly recommend!
