Brandon was great and super knowledgeable! He was able to find exactly how the mice were getting in to my house quickly and provided me with a clear plan to help. He even guided me on what they could do about other pests I’ve experienced around my home. Will definitely be calling back for maintenance and for other pest problems!
I'll post my review I made last year due to this company changing names. ***This company has changed its name to Holpers Pest & Animal Solutions*** (Probably still the same shady business practices though) **WARNING** Before you use this company *****************READ THE CONTRACT THEY SEND YOU BEFORE YOU SIGN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!************************** You will be signing up for an auto-renewing, nearly impossible to cancel contract. When you call, a used car salesman (Mine was Dave E) will tell you how great they are and blah blah blah for five minutes and then tell you what the price will be for the initial visit and that there will be a monthly charge etc. Well I thought I had a mouse problem so I just signed this form that he sent me without reading it. Well I'm an idiot and wanted to help out other people so they don't get caught in this scam. It turned out that the noises I heard were coming from a tag on my backflow device so I called Dave E to let him know that I didn't want the service performed. By this time I knew I was screwed since I actually read the contract. Here's what happened. Dave said he would ask management about it. He didn't. They charged me $427 (which came right out of my credit card). I e-mailed the "customer service" link in the contract to cancel a week ago and they have not responded. A person texted me to set up an appointment after I had sent the cancellation e-mail. I've sent a total of four e-mails to the "customer service" link with no response. The contract states that I will be charged $28 per month but the techs only come to my house every three months. There is also a clause that I can be charges $250 or the balance of my contract (whichever is HIGHER) if I cancel services. There is also something about charging me for picking up the bait traps. There are so many different cancellation charges in this contract its unbelievable. Also, $800 a year to trap mice seems quite high to me. I still don't know what the outcome of this saga will be but I will be back to update. *********** I REPEAT - READ THE CONTRACT THIS COMPANY SENDS YOU BEFORE YOU SIGN OR TYPE YOUR NAME *********** THEY WILL PRESSURE YOU INTO SIGNING IMMEDIATELY. I feel so stupid for signing it and now I'm out $427 (hopefully not more) Update after about 6 weeks... I had to pay the entire $800. They did offer to let me pay the balance and not even come to my house though 😂. How this company is so highly rated is mind blowing.
Dillion did a great job! Very personable & explained everything to us. Paige was also very helpful on the phone. She got us an appointment quickly.
Holper's was able to scheduled me very quickly for an inspection and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Stacey did my inspection and she was also very friendly and very knowledgeable. She walked me through everything in detail, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend both Holper's and Stacey!
We had a hornets nest developing on our playground equipment and went on vacation to come back to it being the size of a grapefruit. Called to have it removed and Kaleb was out the next day and saved the day! He also sprayed the yard. Kaleb was very professional and informative. We will definitely be using your services from now on!
