This place is a FIND! My friend brought me as a guest and I was really impressed with their customer service and treatments. Rob was fabulous and his staff Courtney, Ericka and Claire are all so kind and make the experience very relaxing. One can feel their passion for helping others healing process. They are also very patient when one comes in at the wrong time, they have a lot to juggle and they do it with grace. Warning their ' Fire and Ice ' cold plunge / Sauna is addicting. You feel so relaxed after that combination. They deserve ALL the stars!

The facility, ambiance, and amenities are top notch. They have a number of services, however my husband and I decided to utilize our visit for their Fire & Ice room (dry sauna and cold plunge). Since it was our first time visiting, we were allowed to book this service to get a glimpse of what it is like there without having a membership. I went online shortly after our first visit excited and fully satisfied with our initial experience to book a session again with intentions on scheduling the Fire & Ice room on a monthly basis for us. I misunderstood their business model and called to clarify some things and was told they are a membership based only business. That being said, I was a touch disappointed and if I could have given my review a 4.99 stars I would have! I wish they had more flexibility or options for patrons that aren’t interested in memberships. Ideally, we wanted to schedule this for ourselves once a month without having to commit to a membership seeing that none of their options fit our needs. The attendant I spoke to, Claire, mentioned they offer day passes (on their website I believe you can purchase it once a year for non-members) that would allow you to book 3 of their services for the day. She also advised that they will be offering different packages in the future once new services are introduced. It was also mentioned that they will have "non-member" events in the future. I look forward to seeing what they have to offer in the coming months. My husband and I would absolutely love to come back!

What a gorgeous and relaxing place! Spacious with all state-of-the-art equipment. Parking lot in back for easy parking. I got an oxygen facial with Erika: she asked me about my skin type and prior treatments and chose the best fit for me. I left literally glowing, no redness or discomfort. I can't wait to come back and try the awesome float suite with shower!
