UPDATE: Jan 6, 2026, I have just been notified, by Google, of Home Collection Furniture's reply, and I have read it. I returned their "check-back" call and what was being offered as to help resolve this is not a acceptable option [at least not for the amount of money for this chair]. Anyway, I won't go into all of it because it was ultimately my fault to not have clearly investigate what the return policy is, so I will own my mistake. However, how their reply was written made it sound that I had sat on the chair for only 20 minutes and then called them to complain of lack of comfort. That is definitely not the case, and I said that to them on the follow up call. What I told them was that every time after sitting on chair after 20 minutes-ish my rumbus area is very uncomfortable. I have somewhat fixed this problem by adding a low rise pillow. I also shared that only having the chair less than 30 days the padding for foot rest has diminished too much for less than 30 days of use, and no, I don't sit most of the day - at most 2 to 3 hours and not usually in 1 sitting time. SHOPPER ALERT: just a heads up, this place probably has no items that are not "special order" so that means all the products they sell are non-returnable/non-refundable/ non-exchangable. I do admit that I did not really pay attention to this. I purchased a $800 recliner chair and it does not feel as comfortable as their floor sample. After about 20 minutes of sitting in it my lower area irritated. To try to adjust for this I am in search for a pillowish item to adjust for this as i am not allow to return it. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Wife and I really enjoy working with the group at Home Collections. They listen, offer suggestions, and the selection of furniture lines are great. This is not a pay and take store, everything is made to order, wide selection of fabrics, finishes, and finite details. We will continue to use them for the coming years. It's truly one of the only comprehensive, mid to upper end store we felt comfortable doing business with. They are truly a family business, and a joy to work with. We have a large house to furnish over the next year, and Home Collections has pieces and sets for each room. Only 8 more rooms to go, see you next month! They know furniture, no doubt about that.
The best furniture shopping experience ever! It’s always been something I’ve dreaded until I walked in the doors. You immediately feel welcome and by the time the furniture is delivered you feel like family. The quality of the furniture is amazing, and the selection is incredible. The selection isn’t limited to just what’s in the store, but they offer custom pieces as well. Sylvia and team offered great suggestions and the end result is a room that is more beautiful than I thought possible. I will be a customer for life.
