Embarrassinly I have lived in the Toledo area most of my adult life and I have only had home slice once before I gave it another try today. What a mistake! Home slice is such a charming place with the best pizza in Toledo! The pie has such a tasty crunchy crust and the ingredients are top notch. The slice has no flop and it's cooked to perfection. We also got the home slice bread which was so good as well! Home slice will for now on be part of pizza stops in the area. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

After reading the reviews we choose to order here while in town. We did delivery and I’ll say it was quick which was nice . However, that’s where the food ended . The pizza did not look like what we saw in reviews. I wish I had pictures but we were hungry so we dove in. There was very little to no cheese on 2 of the 4 pizzas. We got the mashed potatoes pizza but didn’t get the sour cream . You could taste some potato but that was about it. The chicken bacon ranch pizza had rubber chicken and no ranch and very little cheese . The meat pizza had alot of meat at least. Honestly we ate because we were starving but had we not been I would have gotten something else. I sent in a review, did a survey, asked for follow up and got none. Basically ignored.

I’m not a pizza connoisseur but I got two large pieces to go for only 5 bucks and I thought they tasted great! The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Would visit again!

So we literally had 4 different locals we met at different places, tell us about this Pizza place. They all said to try the mashed potatoe pizza. It sounded so weird, but also very intriguing..so we ended up stopping and getting a BBQ Chicken pizza, and the Potato pizza. Both were very good, and I'd definitely recommend checking this place out!

Taking a break from the Maumee Film Festival a good buddy of mine wanted to share a piece of his college days with me. We ordered the DeCarlo and cheese bread. A few months back I visited New York and ate pizza at a couple places. This pizza here is definitely a notch higher than one of those places- the cream cheese blending with the bbq sauce, 5 cheese blend and the hot sauce: the flavor is addicting! I’m glad I don’t live close because I’d be here an unhealthy amount. I look forward to my next visit here when I’m in town!
