Found Honea through a web search when someone sideswiped my car on highway and took off. I cannot praise owner Ken and his staff enough. They are old fashioned craftsmen that just don't exist anymore. Ken goes the extra mile for your car and fixes it right the first time - his experience and knowledge of cars is incredible. I never knew him or Honea until my recent repair job there but I walked away SO impressed and happy with their work.
Had to get my car door handle fixed and Honea took great care of me. Quick, straightforward, professional, and very reasonably priced. I will be sending friends and family their way.
I was referred to this shop for body repairs to my 2019 BMW 430. Honea far exceeded my expectations. Total transparency on pricing and saved me thousands. They were honest and straightforward about their approach to the repairs that were needed. Any other shop would have told me to replace my entire trunk lid, costing thousands, but they insisted they didn’t need to do that as long as they could have a few extra days with the vehicle. It looks brand new!! I would definitely use them again and am happy to recommend them.
Ken and his team did a fantastic job of making my Acura shine again. I got a very heavy paint damage on the quarter panel. From the moment I walked in, Ken, the owner, displayed professionalism, transparency, and patience in his work. He walked me through the entire process, provided an accurate timeline, and kept me informed every step of the way. The team finished the job on time and took care of subtle imperfections very carefully, which makes my car look like new again. The color match is flawless - you’d never know there was any damage to begin with. Kudos to Ken and the entire team - thank you for bringing my car back to life!
I went to Honea Auto Body after an unsatisfactory experience at another well-known auto body shop. I saw the excellent customer ratings for Honea, and this will be another! Ken explained everything as we looked at my vehicle together. He is incredibly knowledgeable about cars and collision repair, and he is a straight shooter. He even advised against repairing a separate small area I was considering, as not worth the money. Ken’s mechanics did beautiful repair work- perfect! And the cost was very fair; substantially less than the estimate given by the other shop. It is so nice to find a business like this that does top-notch work and values both their customers and employees. I will come to Honea for all my future needs and have already recommended it to friends and a neighbor.
