I had a scheduled appointment here on Saturday to get my fingerprints done for a new employment opportunity. The staff here never showed up and it was a huge waste of time. Very frustrating as this will delay my new opportunity. If your business does not have the capacity to facilitate business during the weekends then please do not advertise as such. I could have easily gone elsewhere and had my fingerprints completed. Very unprofessional. Now I will have to take more time to reschedule a new appointment. If you need finger printing done try elsewhere to prevent delays.
Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience this morning at Horta’s & Associates. My husband had made an appointment with the site for fingerprints as Saturday’s are by appointment only, we received confirmation for a 9:30AM appointment and upon arrival the establishment was closed. We waited for 30 minutes and despite calling, emailing, and even reaching out on social media platforms like instagram no one responded and no one showed up. Another individual with a 9:40AM appointment for fingerprints also showed up with a confirmed appointment as well and ultimately left. After about 40 minutes we decided to leave as well. Unfortunately, this is very unprofessional and more importantly a waste of time for all participants. We understand that emergencies happen but if a business is open on Saturdays by appointment only there should still be policies and procedures in place and an active phone line for instances like this in order to be able to reach someone from the company. We will definitely be rescheduling our fingerprint appointment elsewhere.
