Hotel K was able to squeeze us in for the holidays and went above and beyond to accommodate our special needs dog, finding us a caring and compassionate sitter while we were away. We got two updates each day which were thorough and came with pictures. I felt at ease the whole time we were gone knowing our pets were in great care. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel K for your pet sitting needs and will definitely be using them again in the future anytime we need pet sitting.

I have used Hotel K to cat sitting for more than seven years at this point, and I absolutely love their service and how they care for my kitties. My favorite thing is the super simple online system they have for requesting services and communicating with the sitters. All requests, messages, photos, payments and notes are handled through one website (or app if you prefer). It is so simple and appreciated. The photos they send of my cats while I’m away ease my mind.

I love that they share photos with you during their visit, we have received some of the best pictures of our dog that way. They accommodated us with both last minute bookings and long vacation coverage. When you have a large dog aggressive dog, it’s a relief to know your dog is in good hands! As he aged they watched out for him and tailored his walks to his abilities! The whole experience is seamless and stress‑free, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets.

My cat is pretty picky about his guests and he has taken quite a liking to his friends here. I’m happy I have someone I can lean on when I need to leave town. The communication and photos are great to ease my anxiety while I travel and show me that he is happy with his visits. He really does look happy! I schedule his visits to be playdates to keep him company while I am gone since his feeder and litter box are self sustaining.

This was our first time hiring a professional pet sitter for our rescue cat, Marceline, and we would do it again in a second!
