I’ve been a Hotworx member for a few months now and I’ve loved meeting all the staff (some tenured, some new). They’ve all been incredibly helpful and welcoming. Alyssa is the manager and has exceptional customer service and a friendly face always. Hotworx is my go-to to relax and get a good sweat in while I cycle and flow, the staff and well-kept, clean facilities are just a bonus to my wonderful experience so far!!! 10/10
The Staff at HW Plano loco are excellent! Professional, they demonstrate executive presence and have a can-do attitude. Facility is clean and I’m always welcomed with a smile! Special shout out and thanks to Hayley and Alyssa for enhancing my overall experience at Hotworx!
Alyssa and Hailey are amazing! They have made my time wonderful and I have enjoyed this location. It is always clean, the workers are always kind and helpful! I’d recommend this location and specifically Alyssa and Hailey.
I’ve been a long time member now. First off, something is always broken. Whether it’s the Audio, the doors to the sauna rooms, the app always glitching, the thunder machines are terrible. They need fixing. There’s always something. That’s frustrating. The staff has completely changed from when I first signed up. I miss when staff member Liz was there. She was so kind and helpful. I called on Monday because the app glitched yet again and informed staff my afterburn calories weren’t accounted for. I didn’t get a response until today at 2pm from Ellen saying the issue was resolved. I’m hoping to see it on the app. There’s a person I spoke with Hailey, terrible customer service. No empathy and asked me if I am actually putting my correct weight because “there’s been people that are putting higher weigh ins to burn more calories without a tracker” how rude to imply that. Secondly, I spoke with Alyssa, a manager? That’s surprising. Very similar to Hailey. Lack of professionalism and disrespectful. The only two ladies that seemed nice and respectful AND helpful and KIND were Ellen and Savannah. Now, as far as the cycle rooms, there used to be seat cushions that were added, those have been removed unfortunately. I will say, I do like they’ve added sprays in the bathrooms which is nice. However, the bathrooms have been filthy at times, no paper towels, no toilet paper, trash cans FILLED to the top. Seriously! Please do better. Also the showers are moldy and not clean some times. For an expensive membership, I really expected more. I also had asked if I could get some kind of credit due to my long gaps of no exercise due to sickness and injury. Alyssa and Hailey both said no and claim they will still ask the owner. The owner “Sun” who signed me up was great initially. But these new staff not so great. —-another thing, when the studio is staffed you’d expect that they would keep the saunas ON but they’re too busy on their cell phones. I’ve seen Hailey vacuum while texting. I’ve also seen Hailey bring guests and and workout while working? Great job! Would love to see staff that actually care about their job, professionalism and customers. I actually enjoy Hotworx. I’m just not sure about this specific studio along with those 2 employees Hailey and Alyssa.
