HOTPORX - Reno, NV - Meadowood Square est un studio de fitness en infrarouge ouvert 24 heures sur 24 qui propose des entraînements guidés virtuellement pour maximiser les résultats en moins de temps. Il présente 9 entraînements isométriques par intervalles de 30 minutes et 3 séances HIIT de 15 minutes, avec des températures de sauna personnalisables. La Zone FX comprend des kettlebells, des cordes de combat, des sangles de suspension et bien plus, ainsi que deux toilettes mixtes avec douches. If you're looking at starting a new gym at your own pace I highly recommend HOTWORX! I really loved Pilates and Barre but not the monthly fees, this gym offers both and you can go anytime 24 hours a day! I really love coming and I love all the classes offered well worth it! The attendants up front are always so sweet and helpful I love them so much

Khrystal and the team at this Hotworx location are AMAZING! They helped me host a sisterhood social for my sorority! It was so fun and everyone loved all of the classes they took. Would 100% recommend trying out a Hotworx class, you won't regret it!

I have been a member at HOTWORX for almost one whole year now! I joined last year to get ahead of my seasonal depression, and it worked. Nothing felt better than waking up early to hit the gym first thing and step into a warm, cozy, quiet sauna. The adjustment period was short for me, but I am kind of a maniac. I have taken every class, and they all offer a unique challenge. Somedays I just go in to meditate in a hot room. I prefer to workout alone, but you can have up to 3 people in each room if you sign up with your friends. I appreciate the gamified HOTWORX app because every 3 months I get rewarded for how hard I have worked with HOTWORX cash that I can spend on new gear. It's 24/7, which is great for the early risers like myself. My boyfriend loves extreme sports, and has found he gets his fix when he's able to get a short workout in. He was able to pause his membership for the summer, which is great because some people are seasonal. If you are looking to switch up your workout routine, I highly recommend HOTWORX. I was in the best shape of my life come February after starting in October.

Really amazing Yelp event brought me to this club! Khrystal the owner was really cool to get to know- she gave our group the total rundown of pretty much every aspect of the business and benefits of membership (we were asking those hard hitting questions). Very clean modern and pretty new space with some very fancy (and again pretty new- I barely saw any signs of real wear) state of the art infrared saunas I tell you. There’s also all different types of work outs- pretty much anything you could need- mobility- covered; Yoga and Pilates cardio- covered; rowing and cycling and different forms of hiit strength training- covered; whole area with free weights and cables And after you’re done working out in the area or in the infrared you can cool down in the infrared for relaxation and further benefits attributed to longer time spent for full body absorption and activation. Cool concept and even cooler owners!

Holy Moly I am HOOKED!!! One session is seriously all it takes. I have never felt so revived after a workout and I have never sweat so much in my life. HOTWORX for those of you who are curious is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers a variety of virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts designed to maximize fitness results in less time. With 9 Isometric Workouts in 30 minutes intervals available and 3 High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workouts 15 minute session you are sure to break a sweat. Each sauna is customizable for temp and time... and you can adjust the volume of the instructors on the monitors. Members can access these sessions 24/7, providing flexibility to fit workouts into various schedules. Additionally, the studio features a Functional Exercise Zone (FX Zone) equipped with commercial gym equipment, including kettlebells, battle ropes, suspension straps, dumbbells, and stability balls. There are 2 individual bathrooms that are co-ed with a shower. The reason why I'm writing all this information is because I had no idea what I was walking into when I went to the studio. I was greeted by the owner at the front door Khrystal. I wanted to check out this business because it was voted number one for Northern Nevada business weekly best new business and I was looking for something to reinvigorate that exercise spark. Khrystal gave me a full rundown of the studio and how it works. People are respectful and mindful of individual space and no one bothers you while you are working out. I cannot stress enough that you truly have to experience these sessions just once.
