Nani at HoS Riverside has been great. I’ve gone through a few barbershops since moving to Jacksonville 2 years ago and struggled to find someone I was happy with. Nani took the time in our first appointment to ask a ton of questions, took my concerns to heart, paused along the way during the cut to ask for confirmation or clarification, and we’ve continued to refine from there in our subsequent sessions. Highly recommend!
Alex F. Was exemplary. After a quick consult I was given exactly... Exactly what I was looking for. Deft hands and quite detailed with the straight razor. Very glad that I booked my appointment at Riverside for today. I will be back to this location and hopefully with Alex again soon. As you can see I came in looking like a total scrub, I left with a proper cut and straight razor. Very impressed very happy.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Hands down one of the best mid skin drop fades I have ever received with my specific taste in cuts. Comparable, if not even better, to big city high quality barbers. You will not regret the price and the time of this professional.
I’ve been going to House of Shaves Riverside since the end of last year, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Normally I wait to leave a review until something goes wrong, and when something did, the owner immediately reached out and made everything right. That kind of top-tier service says a lot. I usually see Alex F. at the Riverside location, and he delivers every single time. I also signed up for their membership service, which lets me come in twice a week—it’s been well worth it. Even on days when I can’t get in with my regular barber, I have full confidence in the rest of the team at Riverside. Great service, great atmosphere, and great people. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service. The staff are very well educated and all the haircut. And extremely courteous. I myself and two of my teenage boys have been here. Great atmosphere. I had horrible split ends, and my stylist really communicated with me to make sure I wasn’t taking off the length on my hair to make it healthy. I will definitely be back.
