I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wang! She is kind, knowledgeable, skilled, excellent, thorough, caring, and highly ethical. Her staff are respectful, friendly, helpful, patient, and highly skilled as well. Her office is beautifully decorated, sparklingly clean, and with the latest and best technology for dental care. Everything about her practice can be defined by the word “excellence!” Some of my lower teeth are incredibly sensitive to cold water and cannot tolerate the ultrasonic scaler (water sprayer) now used for dental cleanings at most offices; I let Dr. Wang know about this issue, and she graciously used regular metal tools to clean the teeth that are extra sensitive, even though this required extra work on her part. I had no pain or discomfort as a result! :) She also takes her time with patients and does not rush through the appointment, making a patient feel valued as a person, and it is evident that Dr. Wang truly cares about her patients as human beings. She has TV screens on the wall and above the chair so patients can watch TV while reclined during their appointment. She also shows dental imaging on these screens and explains what is going on with the patient’s teeth, in a way that is easy to understand, and she patiently answers any questions patients may have. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Wang for my future dental care! I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who is not only highly intelligent and excellent in her work, but has a heart of genuine care for her patients and the highest of integrity, honesty, and ethics in her dental practice.
Everyone at Dr. Wang’s dental office was so friendly, attentive, and professional. They really put me at ease during cleanings and other services, and I genuinely enjoyed chatting with them as well. They only recommend services when they truly believe it’s helpful — sometimes I even asked about additional treatments, and they would say, “You don’t need it yet 🙂.” Would highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Dr. Wang highly enough. From the moment I sat in the chair, it was clear that she is incredibly methodical and thorough in her approach. She took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring nothing was overlooked. What really sets her apart is her patience; I never felt rushed, and she truly listens to her patients' concerns, addressing them with genuine care and expertise. If you’re looking for a dentist who prioritizes quality and patient comfort, look no further.
Dr Amelia Wang and her amazing staff saved the day when I cracked a major molar which was a very painful experience. Once I walked into the doors at Houston Dental Oasis, the music and soothing atmosphere made an actual difference in my stress level. You see, I can give birth to babies without an epidural and observe medical procedures and surgeries in real life, but I’m a big, fat chicken when it comes to major dental work! The dental hygienist was a gentle professional as she made bitewing x-rays and a scan of my head. The pain I’d been experiencing for 3 days was piercing and throbbing and STILL!!, I froze in terror when told the far back rear molar was cracked all the way through the tooth - extraction was the only answer. Simultaneously, preparing for an implant would be the way to go. Dr Wang, who I met outside of her office a couple of years ago at an Oak Forest event, is a lovely human - I trust her all the way. She’s calm, experienced and has a cutting edge dental practice. SO - with her literally holding my hand, I agreed to the extraction and treatment. I can’t believe how kind they all were in the face of my fears. They didn’t laugh, they gave me time to process, and they were so kind. Before I knew it, all was done, the pain was gone and my relief emotionally was huge! I am truly grateful. My son sees Dr Wang for his dental care and feels very good about the care he has received, too. Thank you, Dr. Wang !!
I had such an amazing experience at Houston Dental Oasis! Dr. Wang and her entire staff are incredibly professional, kind, and caring. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The atmosphere is calming, and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. One of my favorite things was the TV mounted above the dental chair — such a great touch! Being able to watch TV during my dental work really helped me relax and made the whole visit feel like it flew by. If you’re looking for a dentist who genuinely cares and creates a peaceful, patient-focused environment, I highly recommend Dr. Wang and her team at Houston Dental Oasis. They truly set the bar for dental care!
