I had 1 side of my travel trailer painted at Houston RV Paint & Body and they did a great job on it. I worked with Lenny and he kept me informed on the progress and sent me pictures while they were working on it. I highly recommend them if you need any work done on your RV. We were involved in a hit and run while on the way to our grandson’s boot camp graduation in South Carolina… discovering the damage to the back of our BRAND NEW travel trailer (we had only had it less than a month) was sickening. But not only that damage, the thought of having to “deal” with repair shops as well as the insurance made it extremely depressing. After speaking with insurance, we immediately started researching RV repair shops! We came across Houston RV Paint & Body/Top Choice RV… after reading every single review and then talking directly with Jay… we knew this would be our repair shop! Jay and his team made the process SO easy! Not only that, he kept in contact with me weekly, sending updates and pictures as the process was completed! You can’t ask for anything better! VERY quickly, we were contacted that everything was completed! When I got there, it was as if nothing had ever happened! The trailer looked good as new!!! In addition to this phenomenal repair, Jay worked diligently with our insurance company! And the entire process was seamless! In spite of washing and waxing my RV with great care, both the front and end caps of my rig took a beating from years in the Texas sun. In doing my research for a company with high ethics and quality I chose Houston RV Paint & Body due to the high reviews. I’ll be perfectly honest, they were not the least expensive but I chose them because I felt confident they could deliver the quality I expected. I was not disappointed. Jay kept me informed with photos during the entire process and his team went above and beyond to replace a clearance light for me. They also painstakingly removed the last of the moldy protective film which I was unable to do. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised that the work came in under the original quote! They washed it and delivered my ten year old rig looking shiny and brand new! If you want excellent quality and ethics, Houston RV Paint & Body is the only choice for you!
Jay and his crew did an amazing job at repairing the fiberglass roof damage of my truck bed camper. I had a showdown with a Chic-fil-A drive through awning and severely lost. The damage to the roof was extensive…it sheared off the Sun roof and other rooftop components and left some gashes in the fiberglass. Let’s just say it looks better now than it did brand new! He painted everything to match and went above and beyond to restore the camper to its original glory! I only hired him as a subcontractor to do the fiberglass repair but I would use him to do anything he said he was capable of doing because it seems this shop accepts nothing less than the best. Best in class customer service with frequent updates and pictures of the progress and honest feedback from the beginning till the end about what to expect. See picks for a good laugh with pieces of the camper still on top of the awning! It was my first day driving around with it in the truck and I completely forgot it was in there when I went in for a late night snack right before closing time. Let’s just say I shut the place down early!! Thank you Jay for making a bad experience turn out to have a great ending. Hopefully you never need his services but if you do, don’t hesitate to use this company. They were doing repairs on high end luxury RVs and didn’t turn me away with my little camper repair. 10 stars if I could!
