Very impressed by HSM Property Management's quick and efficient response to documents that we needed for an HOA unit that they manage. I assist real estate agents and one of the items I'm often tasked with is working with HOA/Property Management Companies to obtain copies of the HOA Resale Documents. More often than not, this process takes 1-2 weeks to process and oftentimes it's difficult to get in touch with a representative if any issues/questions arise.
