Their intake "specialist" Sherry couldn't be more unprofessional. In urgent need of representation, she replied to my legalmatch.com post saying Mr. Huff was interested. She emailed me, then proceeded to call me multiple times after I clearly expressed the times, I was available, per the in site scheduling widget. Later, I returned her call, and she told me Mr. Huff "Didn't give her a reason" but couldn't represent my company in our case. That evening she sent me another email saying that she never heard from me and wants to know if I still need representation...Confused I messaged her back asking her to clarify. She does not respond. The next day, I reach out again ensuring my executive summary was included as an attachment for her reference as to clear up any confusion. She never responded. Completely and utterly frustrating considering I have a very time sensitive case. If Sherry Molander is still working at Huff Legal when you look for representation, absolutely do not rely on her scatterbrained unprofessional work ethic. Mr. Huff seems like he is very professional, accomplished and knowledgeable in all that he does. It is baffling to me that he would entrust his business and everything he has built in her obviously incapable hands.
