We moved from a Carmel Valley home to a new place near Del Mar. My wife was nervous about our designer furniture and art pieces. Hulk Movers treated everything like it was worth a fortune. They came with thick padding, shrink wrap, custom corner protectors, and even covered floors and doors before touching anything. At the same time, they were super friendly, cracking jokes, working fast, and just had great energy. A rare combo of premium service + good vibes + actual strength. We’re fans forever.

We just used Hulk Movers for the first time over the weekend. Ansar and his team were incredible!! They were kind, considerate, professional and very accommodating. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and the move went very smooth. All items were handled with care. It’s difficult to find movers who are genuinely good to work with. I had such a great experience with Hulk Movers. They handled every step of my move with care and professionalism, from packing up my belongings, storing them safely for seven months, to delivering everything to my new studio in downtown San Diego. Joseph and Ram were amazing — friendly, efficient, and incredibly careful with my things. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and I always felt confident that my belongings were in good hands. It’s rare to find movers who are both trustworthy and genuinely pleasant to work with, but this crew absolutely was. I highly recommend Hulk Movers, especially Joseph and Ram, to anyone looking for reliable, stress-free moving and storage services!

We’ve used HULK Movers in the past because we were impressed with the service. Andrey is professional and friendly and handles scheduling and billing. We had a 3BD with stairs. There wasn’t a lot to do as we had everything small packed/labeled in black storage totes (x12). All mirrors and pictures were wrapped. All that needed done was wrapping large items (furniture) and disassembling two platform beds and middle full bed to a bunk bed. We didn’t have any appliances to move. Only a BBQ. It took quite some time with a 3-man crew. Arrival time quoted was (0800-0900). They arrived a few mins after 9A. There was a language barrier, which made communication difficult when instructing requests. This created an issue at the end as well. I expressed my wishes on mattresses being stored flat. The main guy said it wouldn’t be a problem that he can store them on the storage totes. The wrapping of furniture took some time. I requested to leave some of the bunk bed assembled if possible. When I went into the room it was completely disassembled. I expressed how I didn’t want that done. There was a twin bed on top that didn’t need disassembled. The main guy said he made the decision to do so. Again I expressed it didn’t need to be dissembled completely. So this was ignored which was frustrating. And of course took a lot of time up. When everything was packed up, we headed over to storage which was 3 minutes away. We made sure everything was going to fit. Upon packing into the storage and checking on the guys, they had the king mattress flat and the other two upright. We told them to fix it as this was not what we asked. The main guy argued with my husband and said that it was fine. My husband went back and forth and finally the guy said ok. So they had to unpack half the storage container to get the mattresses out and repack it. This took a lot of time. I called Andrey to express my frustration with language barrier and that they were not listening to my requests. Andrey asked why the mattresses were to be stored flat as he’s never heard this. I informed him that mattresses should not be stored upright as it damages the mattress integrity. I told him this took up more time as they had to unpack and repack as they did not do it as I requested initially. They stored one mattress flat and the other two upright. He said he’d speak with his manager and get back to me. Andrey deducted some money for time off the bill. The 3-man crew did well wrapping large items and going up-and-down stairs protecting walls. I do feel it took quite some time for very little to move. This wasn’t a full house. Just the essentials. It took about 4 hours to pack everything up. They started just after 9A and finished around 230P. The entire job was close to $870. Not including tip. I’d recommend the company for moving, but work on language barrier, and following the requests of the person who is paying you for your service. I’d also recommend a 4-man crew for this size job.
