We recently used Hunters to sell our property and couldn't be happier to have gone with them. I had various estate agents out to discuss the sale of our property and Jack was by far the most professional and had obviously done his research around the area. Once the property was listed for sale Tracy was our lead person who we dealt with and she was brilliant she contacted us every time there was a viewing and would accommodate this as best for us, she was in regular contact regarding when/if to reduce slightly and also gave her opinion on when we had an offer and her thoughts around the offer we had. Throughout the exchange process she was on it at all times, she was calling solicitors and the other estate agent weekly for updates and anytime I called with a query or information she was always on hand to help immediately and I don't think it would have ran as smoothly as it did if it wasn't for Tracy - she is clearly very good at her job and is an expert in the estate agent world. You wont regret choosing hunters.
Tracy and her team have provided an excellent service in the sale of our mum's house who had sadly passed away. I would highly recommend Hunters North Leeds, as the estimated value was higher and more realistic than other Estate Agents had given, and we actually received around a dozen potential purchaser offers after Hunter's staff did rhe viewings and received an higher offer from the purchaser in the end. We were kept informed throughout the sale and was easy to contact the office with any queries.
I would give 5 stars to Hunters. I have lived in a rental property at Moortown, Leeds for over 6 years, this property is managed by Hunters. Throughout the period, they have been really quick in responding to any issues and getting it sorted on priority. Special thanks to Katie, she was very helpful. This ensured our stay was comfortable. Excellent service. We were looked after by Tracy throughout our sale. Price was competitive, advice to sell was comprehensive to include the current market conditions and suggest selling price options with guidance. Once accepted the house was marketed quickly and lots of buyers came through the door all shown around by the agents staff who emailed us with details and feedback. Throughout, Tracy kept us informed via email & phone calls as to what was happening and provided reassurance and guidance in equal measure at this pressured time. Very professional, friendly and went the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I would definitely use Hunters again and would whole heartedly recommend them to others when selling their home from one delighted customer.
