Excellent service, Clay was very thorough. Helpful in every way, recommended several different options. Helped us to fix my previous wedding band, but we will definitely be back to purchase from him soon.
I have been shopping at Huntington’s for many years and will continue for many more. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable concerning jewelry to watches. I appreciate the values of this family owned business. Shout out to Lance, Clay and Lauren for outstanding service. They truly make you feel like family. Thank you.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Huntington Fine Jewelers, and I feel obligated to share what happened so others can make informed decisions. I purchased a ring during one of their promotional events that advertised a “free vacation” as part of the deal. The way the promotion was described in the store made it sound like a genuine perk—something straightforward and complimentary. Only after signing did I discover that the “free vacation” came with substantial extra booking fees, many of which were more expensive than standard third-party travel sites. In other words, the promotion I was supposedly receiving as a benefit ended up offering no real value at all. When I raised my concerns, I was told, “You signed the paperwork with the details.” While that may be technically true, it doesn’t change the fact that the promotion was not clearly or accurately presented. The experience left me feeling misled and disappointed—exactly the opposite of what a jewelry purchase should feel like. If you’re shopping for jewelry and want transparency, fair pricing, and customer service that genuinely values you, I strongly recommend checking out Mitchell’s Jewelry in Norman, OK. My past experiences with them have been nothing but positive—they offer great pricing, excellent service, and even lifetime annual rhodium plating for white gold jewelry at no charge. It’s the kind of customer-focused approach I wish I’d received elsewhere. This situation has been frustrating, but I hope sharing my experience helps others avoid the same disappointment with mislead marketing promotions related to "free hotel" stays.
I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt this experience was important to share. I am very disappointed in the business practices of Huntington Fine Jewelers. My wife, Traci, and I visited the store to have her Movado watch sized. While we were waiting, we browsed the showroom. Traci has been wanting to replace her outdated wedding ring, and we had already visited a few other jewelry stores earlier this summer but held off on making a decision. To get to the point, we found a diamond, ring, and ring guard that she really liked. We decided to move forward with the purchase, and I placed a $1,800 deposit on my American Express card to hold the items until Monday, as this was a Saturday and I planned to transfer funds and pay the balance in full. Later that evening, after reviewing the receipt, I noticed a note indicating that the diamond had a small chip on the edge. This was never disclosed to us. Had we been informed, we would not have considered purchasing the diamond at all. Its listed characteristics—G color (near colorless) and SI1 clarity (slightly included)—did not mention any physical damage or defects. Traci was extremely disappointed, and I was understandably upset. We returned first thing Monday morning and spoke with the sales manager, informing him that we were no longer interested in the diamond due to the undisclosed chip and that we wanted a refund of the deposit. We were told that their policy was to issue store credit rather than a refund. I explained that we did not need $1,800 in store credit and requested the deposit be returned to my card. He stated that he would need to speak with the owner. On Tuesday, we returned and met with the owner. Without going into every detail of the discussion, he was adamant about not issuing a refund. He insisted that all diamonds have flaws—referring to color, clarity, and cut while I reiterated that if we had been informed of an actual chip, we would never have proceeded with the purchase. It is important to note that no work had been done on the ring; it had simply been placed on hold. I understand a store credit policy when a customer simply changes their mind, but this was not the case. The diamond had a defect that was not disclosed. At that point, I ended the discussion and accepted the in-store credit, hoping Traci might eventually find something else she likes. For us, this is not about money, it’s about principle. In my opinion, this was an example of poor business practices, and consumers deserve transparency when making significant purchases.
⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We brought in my wife’s grandmother’s ring to have it custom remade into a new wedding ring, and Huntington Jewelers absolutely exceeded our expectations. Matt was professional, clear about every step, and made the whole process easy. The finished piece turned out even better than we imagined — stunning work and excellent service all around!
