He was not only efficient and thorough in diagnosing my situation, but also took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Thankfully, my issue wasn’t complex, but I greatly appreciated the education and practical tips he shared—especially on how to keep my p-traps running smoothly. Jim’s communication was excellent, and his professionalism and knowledge gave me complete confidence. I would not hesitate to use Hurlburt again and will request Jim by name in the future.
