I love this place usually and the people who serve you are always helpful and polite. Unfortunately today I was quite shocked with the response I got when I told them my bread on one side of my pre packed sandwich was dry. I was told that they had been packed since about 8.30 and what did I expect? It was 1.20pm and definitely still lunch time. She told me to leave it with her and hopefully she had more bread, but that she had other orders before me to attend too. It was left to the lovely person who served me to deliver it and apologise. Maybe there should be a time limit on prepackaged sandwiches in their display cabinet
Great selection of food especially for dietary restrictions. The coffee was solid too. I really dislike the huge tables that you have to share with strangers. The big ones are positioned parallel to each other, so if you have a large person on the table directly behind you, you are very squished and close to them. That was my experience this morning. It didn’t bother me hugely but it did distract me a little. Also, peeling seat/benches that need replacing/repair are unpleasant to look at and I assume uncomfortable for those wearing shorts/skirts. Service was ok. Good location too.
Friendly service. But - Ask the price before ordering. My first ever $12 pot of tea for one - wth milk and sugar - and $2 requested for an extra T bag. $$$$$
Definitely worth the walk to the end of the street for! Expansive area well air conditioned and extensive range of cakes and treats from your standard bakery fare like donuts and cream buns through to fancier treats! Coffee was okay too! Make sure to give the butter chicken pie a taste, its amazing
Best bakery just south of Adelaide CBD! Dined in and had a cheese kranksy, butter chicken pie with a cappuccino. Food was great, very high quality pastries and fillings. Butter chicken pie had good pieces of chicken in it, didn’t taste dodgy or fake. Coffee was good, not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely good, and well presented. The staff here are friendly and efficient with getting food out. My coffee was made very very quickly which was great! The space here is great, there is plenty of seating outside and inside. Design of the decor is nice and simple. Would recommend if your looking for great bakery food. Food/ Coffee: A Customer Service: A+ Dining Area: A
