The website said store open till 10pm on Dec. 23. Went into store at 9:37pm. Immediately a lady announced to me you have 8 minutes to make your selection. She literally for the next 8 minutes loudly counted down each minute to those of us who were in the store. 8 minutes from 9:3pm when I walked into the store would have been 9:45pm. Not to mention that the lights were already turned out in the wine area so you couldn’t even read the labels. Don’t state on your website you are open till 10pm when you want your customers out of the store before that listed closing time. Very bad customer service.
The lady working on Friday 12/19 at 10:30am was unbelievably rude to not only my wife but the guests that were also in the store.We decided not to buy the bottles we needed for our Christmas party and went to the red bank liquor store instead where we will get treated better.
Just pulled up at 10:50pm and place is already closed early. Definitely don’t plan on going here if it’s anywhere near closing time.
I have stopped here on 4 different occasions and every time, the woman with short hair and wearing a mask, working the front desk has been RUDE. Just unnecessarily unkind. I will not be patronizing this spot again and plan to spread the word and notify the owner of her poor customer service.
What a great collection of wine and spirits....and I found the prices on some items to be better than other stores! Well organized...plus friendly, knowledgeable & helpful staff. I really appreciated their open hours leading up to Christmas too!!
