I live close by and stopped by last Friday to check it out and get some info. When I walked in, I was greeted by a young lady. I told her that I was interested in a little tour to check out the gym. She said sure, you need to fill out this form which I did. After that she said go ahead and take a look around. I was expecting one of the employees to show me around, but that wasn’t the case. I was thinking not a big deal, I’ll just figure it out on my own. Even though it’s not a huge gym, but it has 2 levels and it has a couple of outdoor areas. After I took a look, I was interested in membership prices, so I walked up to the same young lady and asked her about the prices. She said “we have different prices, but I could give you someone’s card that you could text” I grabbed one of the cards (not gonna mention the name) and I texted that number the next day. I didn’t get a response that day, so I was thinking it’s probably because it’s Sat, they’ll probably get back to me by Monday. It’s Wed now and no one has reached out to me at all. I’m guessing that they have enough members and they don’t need any more. Club Studio is another gym that I have checked out since Iconix never gotten back to me, and I have already received an email and a couple of phone calls from their staff.
Great gym, great amenities, reasonable price for what is a part of the membership. I had unexpected issues with finances and they were very understanding with freezes / cancellation to help with the budget. Very kind and empathetic staff, definitely go here.
Rilee is an amazing personal trainer! Highly recommend! Rilee knew exactly what I needed to get back into a strength training routine. Thanks to Rilee, I feel much more confident navigating gym equipment and how to approach strength training overall. Thank you Rilee for helping me build up week over week to establish a strong overall foundation - in a way that was not overwhelming but motivating!
Love this gym. It’s clean, professional, and as high quality as it gets. Definitely worth the $$ if you need a high quality gym experience in your life.
Love this gym. Best in Long Beach for sure. It’s clean and organized. The staff is professional. So many different classes and top notch equipment. Indoor & outdoor options. Get down there and stay fit. Tell them RTR sent you! Hope to see you there. 💪🏼🏋🏽♀️
