As a big fan of whole body cryotherapy, I really liked the music inside the chamber to keep my mind off the cold. The sauna was equally relaxing, and I appreciated that they offer two different temperature options depending on your goals. One standout for me was the red light bed; I was very impressed by how rejuvenating it felt. Overall, I’m excited to go back and try more of their services. Highly recommend!
