Been coming to this studio for many years, and the facilities and the instructors are top-notch. The other hot yoga studios I've been to aren't hot enough, and the giant glass windows and view of trees create a wonderfully serene feeling. I can't go anywhere else!
Absolutely love this place - specifically Marie. She is an incredible instructor. Perfect balance of true mastery of the movement with humor, humility, and fluid communication. Haven’t done hot yoga in years, was nervous to return, and now I can’t wait for the next session. THANK YOU MARIE!
Hard to describe in words how amazing Tricia is, as an instructor and as a person. In class, she has a way of making all feel welcome; beginners feel comfortable and more advanced folks continuously feel challenged. Tricia's skillset is rare and what keeps me coming back as frequently as I can. Aaron - 10/10 instructor. Extremely engaged, positive. Clear and encouraging cueing. Considerate of newer yogis while also offering more challenging progressions for the more experienced practitioners. (Will add more photos next visit!)
I’ve been coming here for 10 years and have gone through all of their rebrands. I’m so grateful to see the same quality of instruction and the same amazing teachers throughout. This place feels like a second home to me. I remember coming here when I was a competitive pole dancer, then when I was recovering from a broken leg, then pregnancy- and even during the pandemic with masks on!! When I was living outside of NYC, no visit home was complete with a class at this studio. The schedule is reliably predictable which is very good if you’re t et ing to fit in a class everyday while juggling a busy schedule. The variety is also very rich. There is literally something for everyone and they never shun a newbie. The teachers here are also so prolific I can hear their voices in my head sometimes lol if you’re looking for a home studio- this is it. Also really great for a drop-in but you’ll leave wanting more!
I have been coming to this studio for a while now and I love it. Teachers are all amazing, they also have different types of classes including slow and gentle classes with weights or candle lit sessions. Their yoga is really hot so you want to take care of yourself and make sure you have a water bottle with you and ideally your workout outfit is made of organic materials. I absolutely love this place and recommend to anyone who wants to feel in tune with their body and unwind from the busy city life.
