Great experience with Ideal. I have had 2 kids take their road test here and can’t say enough good things about how great they are to work with. Flexible times and friendly service. Instructors are friendly and put drivers at ease with the stress of a road test so that students can be at their best. They also offer handling all the final steps with DPS for the license and avoid the challenges of booking an appointment. Thanks for another great experience!

Response to the owner: instead of training your employees, you are spending time in writing essays as a response to the customers review. Very soon your establishment will be with zero customers. All the best. The lady who answers the phone has so much attitude. Not answering the questions properly and she is behaving as if she is a PhD scientist. We all must live in reality and understand our standards

I took private adult lessons and also did my road test through them, and every single instructor I worked with was kind, patient, and genuinely supportive. They didn’t just teach me how to drive — they helped me become a confident driver. I used to be a really anxious driver, and they never made me feel rushed or judged. They broke everything down clearly, gave helpful feedback, and celebrated my progress along the way. I’ve seen reviews saying the staff is rude, and that honestly couldn’t be further from my experience. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and encouraging. Best driving school for my teen. We did 10 hours private lessons and paid for the test with the same car and the school submitted all our paperwork to DPS. Amazing service, very professional and great teachers. I will take my second teen here as well.

I took my road test at Ideal Driving School and honestly, their hospitality made the whole experience so much easier. They really help take away the nerves and make you feel comfortable from start to finish. The staff were kind, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. My brother came in the next day and had the same great experience, he was able to get in and out quickly and felt totally at ease. The way they run things makes you feel at home, while still keeping everything organized and professional.
