I wanted to share my experience with iDrive Driving School regarding my son’s lessons. His first session was a very positive experience. The instructor, Coach Michael, was calm, patient, and supportive, which really helped build my son’s confidence behind the wheel. We continued practicing at home and were making great progress toward completing his required driving hours. Unfortunately, the last two lessons were a completely different experience. The instructor, Toya Phillips, was assigned for both sessions, and her approach was extremely concerning. My son shared that she was impatient, raised her voice, and was overly critical rather than supportive. During one lesson, while practicing parking, she became frustrated when he didn’t perform the maneuver correctly and spoke to him in a harsh and discouraging way. Driving instruction requires patience and professionalism. Based on our experience, I do not believe Toya Phillips should be working in this role.
Coach Michael is phenomenal teacher which is why he deserves this rating. He makes sure to be serious at the right times and most times he's calm, collected, and makes the class fun and easier to really follow through. Definitely worth every minute learning under him
Mr. Husain is an amazing instructor his presentations are straight forward and easy to follow, the videos he incorporates are impact and informative. Overall he is a great teacher glad I was able to take his class!
Glad that I chose this academy for my driving lessons. Our instructor is so helpful. He covered every little detail and explain to us everything in a manner that we can truly understand. I enjoyed every class. Thank You Mr. Husain
Coach Mike was awesome. What is not awesome is the guy that can barley get in and out of the car and belittles student drivers. We don't pay this much money for the instructor to get in the car and repeatedly tell your child they will fail the road test and still pass them for the day. Customer services is no better...when you email you'll never hear back. I would ONLY recommend this place if coach Mike is there and you can schedule your classes with him.
I really enjoyed having Mr. Husain as my teacher, his jokes throughout the meets really lightened the mood up since it was so bored. The program was very enjoyable to go through even though it was so boring. Mr. Husain is a real one
