Customer service was awesome! I'm from out of town and broke my screen pretty late. I called and they waited for me and was able to repair my phone quickly. It was an absolute life saver! I'll definitely be back should I need any other repair 😁

Poor installation and intolerable customer service. My camera lense protector was installed without being properly cleaned; leaving a visible dot on camera. He made it sound too hard to remove the new protector and install a clean one so I just paid and left, had remorse, and returned for a repair or refund. He made me come back 5 times back and forth. He laughed at me and insisted that it’s “not a problem”, it’s only a bit of dust. He removed the poorly installed protector and gave me one to install myself since I didn’t like his work. Terrible attitude 👎 Go somewhere professional if you want to avoid these problems. Your apology is not genuine, and not accepted. They break phones here

My daughter is diabetic and her phone is a crucial part or her medical care. The screen cracked and wouldn't function properly. The Eubank location quoted $160 but said it would be a few days to get the new screen. This Wyoming location quoted $250 and that it could be done in less than 30 min. We really didn't have a choice but to repair asap. Two days after the repair the phone was glitching and the color was changing on the entire screen. I called to let them know and he asked us to bring it in. I told him it happens randomly so I don't know if you'll see it or not. We drove straight there after school. He looked at it for 30 seconds and said he'll have to order another one. I wrote down my name and expecting to hear back by Friday like I was told. Come Sunday I've had zero communication. I have to reach out. Not the business doing its job. Me. Just to be told it's not there yet. Her phone now locks up and she has to remove the case to get it to work again. This clearly did not work out. Due to the necessity of knowing the phone is working properly I can't trust this business. I need someone to get it done right so we don't have to worry. Apparently they plan to keep their $50 service fee while I drive back and forth multiple times for nothing. You are keeping money for providing bad work. This isn't right and not what you advertise. $290 for a phone we can't trust.

Beware! This shop does not do a good job and will not honor their advertised 90 day warranty. This shop claims on a giant banner outside of the store front that they repair back glass and that they offer a 90 day warranty. I had my back glass repaired on May 6th and my baby dropped the phone (from the height of 1 foot off the floor since he is a baby) and it shattered, with a case on it! I came in to have them fulfill their 90 day warranty as advertised and this man tried to charge me $90 to fix what I just paid $150 to fix 10 days ago. Strongly advise you to seek another shop to fix your phone.
