SCAMMERS!!!! PHONE SCREEN WENT COMPLETELY BLACK 2 DAYS OF HAVING IT AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED MY SCREEN REPAIR! TRIED TO ARUGE WITH ME AND SAY I DROPPED OR TAPPED THE PHONE SOMEWHERE I NEVER DID !THEY ARE COMPLETELY RUDE WILL CUSS AT YOU ,THREATEN YOU , AND DO MORE DAMAGE TO YOUR PHONE, THE SCREENS THEY USE TO REPLACE ARE NOT GOOD , THIS COMPANY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING , DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !

Looking for phone repair. This is not the place you want to go. You will regret it. I went to replace my phone battery. After a week, my battery was draining super fast again. I took my phone back to see what they were going to do for me. They refused to accept my phone, saying I would have to pay for another battery. Bullshit...

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid for the same screen repair twice, and each time the screen cracked again in the exact same spot within days — with no impact and my screen protector completely untouched. That clearly shows a defective repair or defective part. It gets worse. The technician wasn’t even there when I dropped the phone off, and he told one of his employees to start on my device. The employee used a blade incorrectly and ended up damaging my frame even more. This was done with no supervision and no training. They have cameras that show exactly what happened. When I went back for help, the technician refused to honor the warranty, refused to fix the issue, refused to give me my money back, and even refused to provide a receipt for the cash payment. Police had to be called, and I now have a police case number documenting that the store would not provide a receipt after taking cash. This place is extremely unprofessional and does not follow their own warranty policy. Avoid this location completely. I’m now filing a complaint with consumer protection due to the false information, refusal of service, and damage they caused to my device.
