The guy told me he’d do my phone repair under warranty than randomly charged me full price. When I asked him about it, he haggled me into paying…. I had to take legal action for my money …..
paid $175 to have my screen fixed it’s lifting and has a mind of its own
I used ubreakifix years ago in Colorado. Techs were sharp and explained everything. I was so dissappointed in how much worse it is as Asurion. I made appt online, came in and waited an hour to be told a charging port would have to be ordered and they would call. 6 days later, I called and tech said part was in, to come in anytime and it will be $94 and take less than an hour. I came in the next day and dropped off at 10, I came back in an hour and waited another hour and 15 min. Store floor was filthy. Phone came back filthy (told all customers received free cleaning.) And not charged up. Charge was $135 not $94. Explanation was that tech was wrong. Charging point works, I guess I am grateful. But my experience was not good.

I have been using this place for the past 5 years, Their repair work has always been professional and backed by their guarantee. Ricky is the best, he knows just what you’ll need to get your device up and running again and gets the job done quickly. Their prices are very reasonable. The also sell all the accessories you’ll need to keep you devices safe. I highly recommend you give them a try the next time you need your smartphone or other device repaired. 💻
