Jay was awesome! Great prices about half of what anywhere else would replace an iPhone 15 Pro-Max screen! I was in and out in no exaggeration 20 minutes! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Earlier today, November 4, 2025, my daughter went to this establishment to get her battery fixed/replaced on her phone. The employee there who called himself "TJ" mentioned that her phone was cracked (upsell tactic) and offered to fix it. She specifically told the employee that she didn't want the back of her phone fixed, just her battery replaced. The employee took the phone and told her it would be about an hour to replace so she left and came back when it was ready. She discovered the back of the phone was replaced and the battery remained. She complained that she did not ask for this service and requested her initial service. To her dismay the employee informed her there would be an extra charge for the service of her initial request and would only offer a discount for his mistake. He admitted his mistake but still had the gall to charge her. This is unacceptable that she received and paid for a service she specifically said she did not want. She has been scammed and everyone needs to know what type of business they may deal with when going to this establishment. A picture of the employee who provided this disservice is in this review. BE WARY DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

I had an excellent experience working with Sohag for my phone repair. He was professional, fast, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Not only did he diagnose the issue right away, but he also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was completed quickly, the price was fair, and my phone works perfectly now — just like new. What really stood out was his attention to detail and great customer service. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I was completely satisfied before handing the phone back. Highly recommend Sohag if you need any kind of phone repair. Reliable, skilled, and trustworthy — I’ll definitely go back to him if I ever have another issue.

I cracked my Samsung Galaxy phone on a Thursday afternoon, went to Best Buy, they don't work on Android. Went to TMobile they referred me to another company that was charging way too much. I found this company on the internet, submitted a form, and them received a text that they could fix my phone same day for over $150 less than the other company. My wife and I went to Walmart and he fixed my phone. It looks like new. I will highly recommend going to this location to get your phone fixed. BTW, he only took an hour to get it done!!

TJ did a great job getting my dad’s phone repaired when the screen just died. Dad was visiting from a small town in WV and they don’t have a service for phone repairs so it would have taken him weeks to get it fixed. TJ had a new screen on in less than 25 minutes at a good price. Super appreciate the help!! Would definitely recommend using this service again!!
